Growing up as the youngest of two siblings, I was quite spoiled as a child. Fact is, I'd always assumed that my childhood was quite good.

Until I discovered it wasn’t.

I was raised in Vietnam, and living with the constant pressure & expectations to perform from my parents, my teachers and other adults was pretty much a societal norm. Being the top student in class, always trying to be the best at everything, or the prettiest were not only desirable traits but they were expected ones. Because simply being happy with what one had wasn't good enough. I wasn’t good enough.

Unsurprisingly, life was a real hardship. This constant race to the top turned me into a very competitive, ambitious, goal focused and money driven young woman. I was constantly looking for approvals and validations from others and I’ve never felt that I was enough or had enough. It sure was a very tiring and exhausting journey. It wasn't until I thought I had all the boxes ticked that I realised something was still missing. On paper, I had everything they said that would make me happy. But I was anything but. Why? This existential question has led me to the search for the meaning of life and my existence as a human being within it.

That's when I made a bold decision: I left my career as an Accountant, such as it was, and went on a quest to self discovery. This very personal journey took me on many twists and turns, but it always led me back to the same question; Who Am I?

As it turns out, I had wasted so much energy and capital trying to succeed at the Game Of Life that I didn’t know much about myself. I hadn't fully realised just how much my soul was aching trying to live from the Mind until I embarked on this journey. Living from the Heart has allowed my soul to express itself and empowered me to uncover my unique gifts.

With all the love in my heart, I’m stepping forward to offer this wonderful gift to you. It is such a joy and to bring through this creation as I’m deeply passionate to share this gift with you and to help raising the vibration for humanity.

I am so grateful for all that has happened in my life and everyone who has touched it. What appeared as misfortunes back then are now my pearls of wisdom. I have made a promise to myself to continuously learn how to love, honour and appreciate myself so that I can love, honour and appreciate everyone.
